Q Who is your main? (name, race, class, level, gender)
A Kittystomp, Human female Paladin. I should add my main for the past 5 years has been my shaman Puppystomp, but has been replaced unfortunatly with no real eta when he will return to active duty.

Q Why is your main? What do you particularly like about them?
A Kitty is a tank and will always be, That tenacious ability to keep staying up, when things go pear shaped. The more I played a tank in runs the more I realised how more satisfying it was to not be so competitive in trying to top DPS meters.

Q Have you got any alts? If so what race, class, level, gender? What is the class you dislike playing the most?
A I have alts of all classes, I have about 4 at 80, one 80+ and 3 85’s. Class I am not to keen on is locks, tried to play it but just lost interest.

Q How did you get into WoW? How long have you been playing WoW? And on average how many hours a week do you play?
A I started playing wow about a month after it came out. Got into it due to personal issues, needing to keep my mind busy, friends roped me into it. I am finding that I am playing for at least a few hours per night.

Q How long have you been playing computer games? And what is your other gamming experience?
A Err started playing Elite back in the late 70’s, since then obsessed would be a good word for it.

Q How into WoW are you? Do you read all the blogs & forums? Get WoW withdrawls?
A I used to read wow stuff when there was shutdown, and would get a lil stressed if I missed a daily run, now after burning myself out, I don’t care as much as I used to, started to look at as “It’ll be there tomorrow.” If I do any reading it might be done at work on lunch breaks or if I’m trying to spread my work out a bit so I don’t run out.

Q Do you see yourself leaving WoW to play another game and what special attributes would that game have to have or be like to make you leave WoW?
A Thing is I’ve tried other games that are similar to wow, but I’ve always come back. In the end a mate once coined the saying wow is harder to give up than crack or ice, you might think you can give up, eventually you’ll come back.

A My friends all know I play, family its not something that is brought up.

A yes, love to read, can cook, being out of the house has shot up a bit in the last few months, still having a few lazy moments is always nice.

Q What aspirations do you have for your WoW career? E.g. raiding? PVP? World explorer? Roll playing?
A I have been an officer in Anzacs with Lani and a few others, I have been a hard core raider ever since vanilla wow when I used to take days off work to go raid MC when it was 40 man. Now it’s a more social thing, I still like to raid. I guess the best way of saying it is I like to be doing something other than just dailies and leveling alts.

Q What are the aspects of the game you love?
A Social side of it, I do enjoy raiding at times, just nowhere where it used to be.

Q What are the aspects of the game you hate?
A Having to deal with people who really shouldn’t be playing a game due to a lack of maturity level.

Q If the Blizzard developers granted you one wish what would you get them to put in the game?
A Well the transmogrification feature is one, I guess a little bit more customization of characters and equipment we wear, so not all 85 tanks are wearing the same plate shoulders for example, Ie possibly de a piece of equipment for stats then add it as a enchant to what gear you have.

Q What is your favourite zone? Why?
A Barrens, being a ex horde you spent so much time in that area, and the pvp battles at crossroads was awesome.

Q What is you most disliked zone? Why?
A Desolace – just a uninspiring zone and Mara was just so far out of the way to make it a practical dungeoun to run.

Q What is your favourite dungeon? Why?
A Karazan, loved how it was setout and the fact it kind of had a story behind it. Next favorite would be Naxx the vanilla version – the fights were so technical, that even a 40 man raid geared could wipe on trash if not done right…

Q What is your most disliked dungeon? Why?
A It would have to be wailing caverns, I know the place like the back of my hand but learning how to get through it without getting lost was a royal pain in the back side

Q What is your favourite piece of equipment?
A Trinkets, just love the customization of them and the fact that some can be used when its most beneficial as opposed to we’ll proc when the mob has 20hp left… Ohhhh and Thunderfury the sword - ultimate rogue weapon.

Q Have you played Horde? If so which do you prefer Horde/Alliance?
A Yes played horde since I started. Switched over before just before LK came out to join a ex-guildie on Nagrand server. First char on server was Bemedeath followed by my shaman, I transferred my rogue over who is my 2nd oldest character, I have a 80 shaman on a different server who has seen all 7 years of wow. To be honest I don’t mind either, however when I faction changed it breathed new life into the game for me as it was now different and instead of participating in gnome and dwarf tossing, it was now ganking large cow people aka Taurens.

Q What do you think is you’re specialty/strengths in-game? E.g. PVP, crowd control, tanking, healing, etc.
A I know my characters inside and out as far as what they can do, whilst I may not know all the fights yet, I have enough lore and knowledge to jump on shaman, rogue, pally and know what I am doing based on the spec.

Q What do you think you particularly suck at in-game?
A Knowing the finer points of where and what I can improve, at the moment I am thinking its more a gear issue than rotational, as I have read so much on all of it, still feel bad if a run/raid wipes whilst I’m tanking.

Q What addons do you use?
A I use a fair few, main ones are xperl for unit frames, bt4 for action bars, raven for dots, buffs and cd, dbm and a few others

Q How do you like to customise your UI?
A I try to keep bottom 1/6 full of my action bars, unit frames, min map etc, up on the top I have titan bar which is hidden unless moused over. That way I get as much from my screen as possible.

Q How long have you been in the guild? (Have kids will AFK)
A Err about 3 years now, I think, was before catacylsym but after Lich King was released, was in a hardcore raiding guild for majority of lich king till Rowen was born, then I stopped raiding and joined have kids as I wasn’t really able to raid as much.

Q What is it about the guild that attracts you or keeps you in it?
A The people, but thus saying its also people that can push you away, the good out weighs the not so good.

Q Do you have any playing tips for other players? (can be class related or just in general)
A Enjoy the game, but remember it is a game, real life has to come first no matter how inconsiderate real life can be.

Q Do you have any Real Life tips for other players? (e.g. how to keep other half happy with you playing WoW)
A I’m lucky, my partner plays and whilst we both get annoyed at the other for whatever reasons, you have to draw a line and be off doing something together away from the computer and a run, dailies or a raid. Yes I fail at that sometimes, but once again I get forgiven on a semi regular basis 

A Ok so my WoW addiction started like any other, peer pressure, my flatmates were playing it and I started playing by rolling a toon on their account, i ended up so addicted i brought myself a computer so i could play. I've been playing since just before BC was released. I'm currently averaging approx 15 hours a week, sometimes more, sometimes less.

A I have been playing computer games since my mum brought me an Amstrad in 1999, had a good long break, as you do when your a kid, and got back into it when i started playing wow. I love playing CIV V, Dungeon Seige 2 & Minecraft.

A My wow withdrawals these days aren't from the game so much but withdrawals for the social aspects

A Nope, did think about it when Warhammer MMO was released, but soon came back to wow

A I can put on autoshot and then go afk. 'Tis the hunter rotation. Plus all lootz is hunter lootz!

A Lots of alts. Have an 85 of each class for Alliance. Have about 5 horde alts but no 85's there yet. Dislike Rogues the most cause if they get in the wrong place they go squish easy.

A Friend of mine talked me into giving it a try over a two year period. Been playing about 3 years. Spend about 20 - 40 hours a week on here. Tend to watch movies n stuff at same time so actual play time varies.

A Since I was a nipper playing on Atari 2600. I also play console games, mainly ps2 and ps3

A I just completed my 2 big goals. Get a max of each class and get Loremaster on main. Next goal is to have 100,000 gold in bank. I am currently 30k short.

A Running naked in the SW fountain outside the main bank on my gnome mage.

A trade chat spam. I turn that channel off. PLus I hate immature people in pugs.

A SHetland pony mounts for gnomes. Little men on big horses just aint right.

A Stormwind. Everything has a distinct place and easy to get around in.

A Everywhere in Kalimdor. Places are too spread out and boring.

A Yes I have. Prefer alliance only due to being more familiar with zones/quests.

A Stand up comedy and diving for coins in SW fountain. But seriously, I don't have a strength apart from being able to level quickly and know how to make money from simple professions (happy to share my secrets and best farming spots etc).

A Main is Bartender 4 and altoholic.

A Bartender 4 allows me to move all bars to my liking. I currently have most stuff at bottom right of screen to match my mouse position. I like centre of sreen to be clear.

A 2 - 3 years maybe with a break of about 6 months in there.

A The people. The time I don't enjoy spending time with the people in the guild is the time I would have to part ways.

A For newer people - If you don't know something dont be afraid to ask rather than bluff your way.
For more experienced people - In the game where we all have multiple alts we tend to forget there are still new people to the game or to their class. We were all there once. Share your wisdom freely and also be patient with people.

A Bartender, altoholic titan panel and recount.

A Use Bartender to make all buttons smaller and position them in a small group at the bottom and side. Titan panal keeps all my addon buttons off my map and on a bar at the top. Keeping the middle of my screen clear of everything.

A Every thing fell into place when I first created the character. I like the pet, that way I don't have to get dirty. All that blood and stuff, I mean EWWWWW.

A Yes, only for the trade skills. Although I do like Druids. Worg hunter, 2x druids NE & Worg, Human Pally (not in HKWAFK), NE DK. The others are not worth mentioning.

A No. If the world player base went below one million and Nike and I were the only ones left in HKWAFK I would go to EVE online, maybe. Not because of Nike, just because...ummm....

A LvL 85 Kranix - Gnome mage, male, Sexy as hell and a real horn bag. ,
Q Why is your main? What do you particularly like about them?
A I started out as an Undead Mage on Firetree. When i came over to Nagrand, there were limited classes that could be Mages. Human toons are boring so chose a Gnome. I just love his small stature (and so does everyone else). I love his laugh..he is just a likeable toon all round. I like him more than my undead...although it took a while for me to remember i could drown now lol
Q Have you got any alts? If so what race, class, level, gender? What is the class you dislike playing the most?
A Got a Worgen Hunter called Steeljaw, Night Elf Druid called Uatu, Drenai DK called Runamuk and an Orc Warlock who i cant remember his name...lol.. all my alts are around 25 - 35 level. All are males as females are icky lol

A A mate who i bought my computer from told me about it originally. I played for about a year and then took a break for about another year (cant actually remember why now). I was on Jubi'thos then. When started working at Suncorp, a mate there got me back into it and i moved to Firetree...and then moved to Nagrand to all you wonderful people Been playing then all up for about 5 years i guess. I try and play a couple of hours every night but depends on work

A Back in my day...i started off with the good old TV ping pong game that was installed in most TV's back then. From there we progressed to the Hanimex game system, Commodore 64, SEGA Master System as well as a heap of the old Nintendo hand held games (still got em all too) Got into serious computer games when the original PC WoW and Diablo came out

A Dont read the blogs or forums and as you know by my many stupid questions...dont really know about the lore either. I do read the WoW comic with is EXCELLENT and YES i get WoW withdrawells if i go away on holidays

A Nah...i like WoW too much...got the free Diablo thingy pack from Blizz..but i know it wont replace WoW (i only got it for the companion ... or was it a mount...cant remember now lol)

A like many others, got hooked while watching bf plays. On average I log every day for few hrs.

You should highlight someones responce and copy it by using Ctrl+C then open a "post reply" and paste it by using Ctrl+V. This should allow u to fill in your answers over the copied answers.
